a. Management: The management team of The Butterfly Effected CIC is entrusted with implementing and overseeing the effective execution of this safeguarding policy.

b. Staff and Volunteers: All staff and volunteers are mandated to undergo comprehensive safeguarding training and adhere rigorously to the principles outlined in this policy.

c. Participants: Participants are expected to promptly report any suspicions or incidents of abuse, neglect, or harm to the designated safeguarding officer.
